Do you squeeze the toothpaste…

1. Do you squeeze the toothpaste tube or roll it?  What’s the advantage of your method?

I do both.  I squeeze out the first 95% and then roll when there is only 5% remaining.  There isn’t any advantage to either method, I just want the toothpaste out and I find these methods to work best.
